Notes: Attribution - Delahaye's edition of the Atlas to Raynal's 'Histoire philosophiqu'e was never fully realised; not least, but not only, because of his imprisonment in 1785 for selling illegal books. It is unclear from the accounting evidence exactly what the STN was sending out, and thus these numbers should be treaded with some caution.
